Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ASVAB Prep mobile app (the "App") provided by SuperLarva ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

ASVAB Prep is a study and practice tool for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) and AFQT. It provides practice questions, explanations, timed mock exams, an estimated AFQT score, a guided learn path, and an optional AI tutor. The App is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.

2. No guarantee of results

Content is provided for educational purposes only. The AFQT figure shown in the App is an estimate based on your in-app performance and is not an official score. We do not guarantee any particular score, qualification, or enlistment outcome.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or use the content to build a competing product.

4. Free and Premium features

The App offers free features and an optional paid Premium subscription. Premium unlocks the full guided learn path, unlimited AI tutor chats, and the full timed mock battery. We may change which features are free or premium over time.

5. Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and billing

Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with the following terms:

Plans: a Weekly plan and a Monthly plan. The Monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Price: the price is shown in the App before you confirm your purchase, in your local currency.
Payment: payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trial: if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use the AI tutor to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content are owned by SuperLarva or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "ASVAB" and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive, educational purposes only.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperLarva will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. When we update the Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Apple standard EULA

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, the terms most protective of you as an end user apply to that conflict.
